SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT AND RETURN POLICY

All orders will be shipped from the studio in Huntsville, Alabama via USPS Priority Mail in 3-5 business days. If there is an unforeseen delay, I will contact you via email to let you know. 

I want you to be happy with your purchase from S.P. Morgan Studio. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, store credit will be given for the purchase price, excluding shipping, once the product is returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

All pottery is hand made and one of a kind, and subject to variations in surface and natural textures that are indicative of the process of creation and the materials used to make them.

If your product arrives damaged, please immediately contact me with a photograph the box and contents, including packing material. Save the materials and I will help file a claim and/or ensure you are sent a proper replacement or refund.
